Each January, Bellerive Beach transforms into Tassie’s biggest beach party with a full day of quintessential summer fun for all ages.
This free community event brings together live music, food vans, hands-on creative activities, and classic beach games. Expect sandcastle competitions, circus workshops, beach cricket and volleyball, surf lifesaving displays, and giant sand sculptures — plus a packed music line-up featuring local favourites and emerging young bands.
It’s all happening across the park, playground, and foreshore. Bring your picnic rug, grab some lunch from the food vans, and settle in for a day of sun, sound, and celebration by the sea.
