Rosny Farm presents a year-round program of festivals, exhibitions and performances, workshops and community events. Food vendors, beverage providers, commercial and community stallholders play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our visitors.

What happens after I register?

Submitting this form does not guarantee a place at an event. We’ll review your details and suitability for upcoming events and get back in touch to confirm your participation with a letter of offer. Participating stallholders will then be required to supply all relevant documentation, pay relevant fees and complete a pre-event induction checklist before arriving on-site.

Insurance

Public liability insurance is generally required to participate in our events, with cover of at least $20M. However, if your stall does not involve food or beverages, you may be eligible for an alternative arrangement. Please contact the Rosny Farm Events team at events@ccc.tas.gov.au to discuss your options.

If you are selling food or beverages, you must hold the relevant Certificate of Registration for a food business or mobile food business from a Tasmanian local council before you can trade at Rosny Farm.

Yes, I do not have RSAs now but understand I must submit them before my registration will be considered.

You will need to provide current certificates for Responsible Service of Alcohol for serving staff prior to the event. You must also get in touch with us after completing this form to discuss Liquor Licensing requirements for the event. Only some of our events are licensed.
