Work and play with colour, texture and pattern using materials directly from nature.
In this hands-on workshop, artist Coralee will guide participants through the process of natural dyeing and printing using plant materials. Experiment with leaves, flowers and natural pigments to create unique designs on fabric.
Over three hours, you’ll explore different techniques and processes, learning how colour shifts and develops through layering, bundling and steaming. While your pieces are setting, you’ll also experiment with painting using flowers and pH modifiers.
Each participant will leave with their own printed tote bag and wall hanging.
